As well as pastoring for over thirty years, Greg has ministered in the streets, jails, homeless shelters, transitional homes for those coming out of prison, and in correctional facilities for gang members. He has ministered in impoverished countries and across America. He has earned a degree in computer science from Marshall University in West Virginia and a diploma in ministerial studies from Global University’s Berean School of the Bible in Missouri. In 2003, Johnson was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel by Governor Paul E. Patton. The commission of Kentucky Colonel is the highest title of honor bestowed by the Governor of Kentucky.
In December 2005, Greg and his wife, Becky, founded Loving God Fellowship—a worldwide interdenominational Christ-following fellowship made up of those who love God and people. Today LovingGodFellowship.org is ministering to hundreds of thousands of people around the world each day, sharing the love of Jesus and reaching the world for his glory.

Greg and Becky have been married since 1982, and they live in central Kentucky. They have two children and two grand children.
